Today it's really raining here in Istanbul, a vivid contrast when compared to past couple of sunny weeks we've had. How much I missed the voice of raining, God knows:)
@ Xiwel... really? Hm. i never would have thought. But here it is only 91.9% dry... I am in the wettest area!
And what does this map mean exactly...? That 700 hours a year it is 91.9% dry? what about the other 8060 hours? It pours the full 100%! See... I KNEW it. Measuring is weasuring.
Aha!Thanks for the reassurance. For a change in pace, our rain turned to flurries this morning!
ReplyDeleteI love this earnest cyclist.
Hum.. well to be precise, I didn't mean TODAY is sunny...
ReplyDeleteMy deepest sympathies for your flurries! We're having a simple soft dripple.

ReplyDeleteYes, beautiful cyclist!
ReplyDeleteHere we had two days of so fantastic weather that I thought it was neither autumn nor winter nor spring nor summer!

It only rains some 700 hours per year (that between pouring and drizzle, including snow and hail). Thats 700/8766 = 700 = 7,985% meaníng 92,015% dry.
